For us it was an orientation whether or not we wanted to buy an apartment in Spain. After an enthusiastic conversation about the possibilities in Spain, we wanted to explore further with André what our possibilities were. Our follow-up appointment was in Spain. We went on holiday with our children for a week and on one of the days we went for a day (without obligation) with André. He showed us a number of houses and apartments within our budget. Our preference was for an apartment, but because we also wanted at least four rooms, it eventually became a detached house. André not only helped us with selecting and visiting the houses, but also with the notary, lawyer and delivery. We cannot imagine it yet, but if we ever look for an alternative within Spain, we will certainly ask André for help and advice.
